Provided are a hydraulic circuit and control device therefor capable preventing or reducing hydraulic pressure leakage and power loss due to foreign matter deposits. A hydraulic circuit comprises: a first circuit section having an accumulator for accumulating hydraulic pressure, and a control valve for opening and closing an oil channel for feeding hydraulic pressure from the accumulator to a predetermined actuator; an oil pump for feeding hydraulic pressure to the accumulator; and a second circuit section for continuously feeding pressure oil discharged from the oil pump; wherein a first filter for removing foreign matter that is smaller than foreign matter contaminating the pressure oil fed to the second circuit section is provided at an intermediate point in the oil channel for feeding pressure oil from the oil pump to the accumulator.
