The system has a lower light mast section (7) with a connection chamber (12) for receiving a voltage converter (15). A socket (14) is provided for charging an electric vehicle or other electrical and/or electronic components. A set of clamps (13) is provided for connection of conductors of lighting cables (6) projecting from the lower light mast section to the voltage converter and a lamp (2). The lower light mast section is provided at height of 20 cm from bottom part of system.
