The film (1) has a set of geometric apertures for attaching a background carrier layer with adhesive upper coverings that are in direct contact with a surface to be heated. A film side formed behind the upper coverings comprises a conductive sensor layer for a fault current circuit breaker. Geometric apertures of the sensor layer are congruent with apertures of a coated plastic film. A metallic protecting film i.e. metal adhesive band (2), is formed over an entire phase guide and an entire zero-guard guide for absorption of electromagnetic fields.
