<p>Disclosed are a data sending method and device for a terminal. The method includes: when a terminal in a discontinuous reception state needs to send data during the unactivated time, the terminal sends the data to the base station in the next activated state. By way of the present invention, problems such as consumption of random access resources and aggravation of random access conflict which are caused when the terminal initiates random access in the inactivated state of Discontinuous Reception (DRX) are avoided, and the success rate of random access of the whole network is increased; and at the same time the problem of power consumption caused when the terminal enters the activated state in advance is also avoided.</p> |
