<p>Disclosed is an arrangement that simplifies a mechanism that attaches a first and second grommet to a vehicle panel when attaching the first and second grommet to both surfaces of the vehicle panel whereupon a through hole is made wherethrough a wire harness passes. A first grommet (11) and a second grommet (12) are positioned in contact with one another upon both sides of a vehicle panel (P) whereupon a wire harness through hole is made, wherein the first grommet and the second grommet integrally form, with rubber or an elastomer, a small diameter tube portion wherethrough a wire harness is passed tightly and affixed with tape windings, and a large diameter tube portion that links with one end of the small diameter tube portion. The end surfaces on the leading end aperture sides of the respective large diameter tube portions of the first and second grommets are positioned in contact upon both sides of the vehicle panel, lateral portions on one side of stud bolts (31) that pass through and are affixed upon bolt holes that are made upon the peripheral edge of the wire harness through hole upon the vehicle panel and protrude from both sides of the vehicle panel pass through the bolt holes that are disposed upon the first grommet and are anchored in place with nuts, and lateral portions on the other side of the stud bolts pass through bolt press fit holes (24) that are disposed upon the second grommet and support the second grommet.</p> |
