PURPOSE: A finishing material fixing structure for a building is provided to stably maintain heat insulating and soundproof effects by preventing external cold air from flowing into an indoor space. CONSTITUTION: A finishing material fixing structure for a building comprises a finishing material joiner(100) and a contact pad(200). The finishing material joiner has a bent portion(110). The bent portion covers one or more surfaces of a finishing material(20) to press the finishing material to a wall. The contact pad is inserted between one surface of the finishing material and the finishing material joiner and glues the finishing material and the finishing material joiner together.
