<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device whose conversion efficiency can be raised by an increase in amount of light incident to a light-receiving surface. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device 20 comprises: a substrate 1; and a plurality of photoelectric conversion cells 10 which are aligned in a predetermined alignment direction on one principal plane of the substrate 1 with first gaps P3, and each of which has a photoelectric conversion layer 3. Each of the photoelectric conversion cells 10 includes: a power generation contributing part 10A; a power generation non-contributing part 10B which is arranged between each of the first gaps and each of second gaps P2 penetrating through the photoelectric conversion layer 3 in a direction perpendicular to the principal plane of the substrate 1; and a reflection member which is arranged on the power generation non-contributing part 10B.
