<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture a high-silicon steel sheet capable of preventing deterioration with time of iron loss caused by magnetic aging from being generated, by a siliconizing treatment method. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the high-silicon steel sheet is constituted to have 4.0-7.0 mass% of sheet-thickness-directional average Si concentration, by siliconization-treating a raw material steel sheet, and to make a deviation ΔSi (mass%) between an Si concentration (mass%) of a sheet surface layer part and an Si concentration (mass%) of a sheet thickness center part satisfy 2.0≤ΔSi/t≤40.0 in a relation to a sheet thickness t (mm). A steel sheet satisfying any of following conditions (a)-(c) is used as the raw material steel sheet in the method. The conditions are (a) [S]≤30, [C]≤110, (b) 30<[S]<100, [C]≤-0.857[S]+135.71 and (c) 100≤[S], [C]≤50, as to a C concentration [C] (mass ppm) and an S concentrations [S] (mass ppm). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
