摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element which is capable of increasing an amount of light incident upon an organic photoelectric conversion layer and has excellent characteristics and a long service life, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic photodiode comprises: forming a first electrode 12 on a substrate 11; forming an insulating layer 13 having an opening 13a on the first electrode 12; forming an organic photoelectric conversion layer 14 so as to be electrically connected to the first electrode 12 through the opening 13a and extend over the insulating layer 13; and forming a second electrode 15 composed of graphene on the organic photoelectric conversion layer 14.
