<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database system capable of easily updating master data in utilization without directly changing the master data in environment in which master data of a database cannot be directly operated. <P>SOLUTION: A database management system includes: a user terminal 10 that is capable of connecting to a first network; a relay server 20 that relays intercommunication using the first network and a second network that is different from the first network; and a database server 30 that is capable of connecting to the second network and holds and manages a database on the basis of master data. The user terminal creates a master data file consisting of records that should be reflected on the master data and transmits the file to the relay server. The database server compares each record in the master data file received through the relay server with the content of the master data in utilization and updates the master data depending on the comparison result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
