<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform error display without electric power supply of a monitor object device. <P>SOLUTION: A detection device 14 detects if any error is present in a server device 1 which is a monitor object device, and transmits a notification indicating error occurrence to display devices 15-0 to 15-4. Each of the display devices 15-0 to 15-4 includes a sensitive material 153 of which color irreversibly varies due to variation in ambient environment and an action part 152 changing the ambient environment of the sensitive material 153. The action part 152 changes the ambient environment of the sensitive material 153 when it receives the notification of error from the detection device.
