<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple battery structure for facilitating work with gloves on and stably performing electrical connection between electrodes and external potential. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray measurement battery structure 1 includes: a cathode material 8 and an anode material 9 placed on both sides of a separator 7 including an electrolyte; a cathode side seal member 3b in contact with the cathode material 8; an anode side seal member 3a in contact with the anode material 9; a cathode side elastic member 4b in contact with the cathode side seal member 3b; an anode side elastic member 4a in contact with the anode side seal member 3a; and elastic member pressure mechanisms 5a, 5b, 18 and 22 for pressing the cathode side elastic member 4b and the anode side elastic member 4a in such a direction that the members approach each other. The seal members 3b and 3a are resistant to corrosion. The seal members 3b and 3a and the elastic members 4b and 4a each have a portion for X-rays to pass through.
