<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively manufacture a shaft with four plate parts provided in a circumferential direction. <P>SOLUTION: A shaft 5 with four plate parts 51a, 52a is configured by combining a first plate component 51 and a second plate component 52.
