<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for correcting temperature characteristics, and an amplifying circuit for a sensor, capable of smoothly changing gradient of adjustment voltage and improving correction accuracy of temperature characteristics, without using a comparator. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit for correcting temperature characteristics comprises: correction amplifiers 20, 30 for generating first and second correction voltages Vc1, Vc2, respectively, based on temperature-dependent voltage Vt comprising predetermined temperature characteristics, or inverted voltage XVt inverting the temperature-dependent voltage Vt, and reference voltage Vref that is fixed voltage, regardless of temperature.
