This pallet transfer apparatus for a working machine transfers, from a first table to a second table, a pallet for attaching work, said first table and second table being adjacent to each other. The first table has first attaching sections, which are provided in the transfer direction of the pallet, and which define a first attaching plane, the second table has second attaching sections, which are provided in the transfer direction of the pallet, and which define a second attaching plane, and the pallet has attachment sections, which are provided in the transfer direction of the pallet, and which can be attached to the first attaching sections and the second attaching sections. The pallet transfer apparatus is provided with a supporting mechanism, which rotatably supports at least the first table or the second table or the pallet such that the direction of an attachment plane defined by the attachment sections and the direction of the second attaching plane accord with each other by means of a contact force between the attachment sections and the second attaching sections when the pallet is transferred along the first attaching plane, from the first table to the second table, thereby minimizing tilts of both the pallet attaching planes with respect to each other.
