An electrical power storage system comprises a battery pack having a plurality of batteries and a connection module supported on the battery pack. The connection module includes a post plate interconnector arrangement provides connections for attachment to battery posts and provides output power from plurality of output posts An electronics module provides battery state of charge monitoring. A housing may include output and orientation related information. The post plate interconnector may interconnect the batteries to supply electrical power for different application including at a plurality of voltages on output posts.
