<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that there are cases where unvulcanized tires are transformed by sticking to holding devices, and where workability is deteriorated by sticking, too, and vulcanization failures are also generated, when storing and conveying the unvulcanized tires. <P>SOLUTION: The sticking of the unvulcanized tire to the holding device can be alleviated by installing covering materials on a plurality of points of the holding device for the unvulcanized tire and by lengthening the length of the covering material more than the length of an installation section to instal the same. Then, in the case of the installation of the covering material, when pulling the covering material with a force by which the extension can be disregarded, it is desirable that the covering material is installed so that the distance H separated from the edge in the section which receives the unvulcanized tire can come to be in the range of 5-15% of the length L of the edge in the section which receives the unvulcanized tire, and especially, the sticking prevention can be promoted further effectively by using a fabric consisting of a non-twisted thread as the covering material in the center portion of the edge in the section which receives the unvulcanized tire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
