PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device identification information authentication system and the like capable of preventing information leakage and easily migrating internal data to a new information processing device.

SOLUTION: An information processing device 10 is connected to a management server 100. The information processing device comprises nonvolatile storage means 16 preliminarily storing motherboard information 21 and external storage means 15 capable of reading data when correct authentication information is inputted. The management server comprises storage means 102 preliminarily storing password information corresponding to the motherboard information and authentication means 111 returning the password information corresponding to the motherboard information received from the information processing device. The information processing device comprises motherboard information transmission means 22a transmitting the motherboard information to the management server and HDD password release means 22b inputting the returned password information in the external storage means.
