<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which even in the occurrence of memory fragmentation, is capable of capturing a still image without deterioration of operability for a user. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises: still image capturing means which captures a still image; developing means which develops the captured still image; first acquisition means which acquires a first memory for arranging developed image data; second acquisition means for acquiring a second memory for arranging the developed image data; means for preparing the second memory at a time when the still image is captured, the time preceding the acquisition of the first memory; and means which when the second memory is acquired, uses the memory prepared when the first memory is acquired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
