<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrating sphere device and a light measuring method which are capable of measuring light radiated from a work (light emitting device), without being affected by an environment of a production line and complicating a device configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An integrating sphere device 1 includes: a spherical reflecting diffuser 2 having a spherical inside surface which reflects light; a diffuser which is provided at a light incidence hole 10 of the spherical reflecting diffuser so that light from a light emitting device W is made incident; and a light shielding plate 4 which is installed in the spherical reflecting diffuser so that the light from the light emitting device W, which is made incident from the diffuser, does not directly impinge on a light detection position 4 provided in a sphere of the spherical reflecting diffuser. The diffuser is a hemispherical diffuser 3 formed into a hemispherical shape projecting from the light incidence hole toward the inside of the spherical reflecting diffuser. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
