The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for processing baseband uplink and downlink sub-frames. The method is used for serially processing uplink and downlink sub-frames at base station side of LTE-TDD system. Besides, the length of processing slot for every sub-frame should meet the requirement of following formulas: 3x + 2y +TL2=5.0 ms 2x + y = 4 - 2Ta - Td With the uplink and downlink sub-frames serial processing method in the present invention, it can acquire enough processing time. In other words, a baseband processor can work at a lower speed so that the idle rate of the baseband processor is reduced and the utilization ratio of processor resources is improved. |
