Provided is a method of concurrently transmitting a first modulated signal and a second modulated signal at the same frequency, wherein both signals are precoded by using a fixed precoding matrix while transmitting the signals by regularly changing at least one of the phases of the first modulated signal or the second modulated signal, whereby data reception quality is improved at a receiving device.
