The present invention relates to an amphiphilic cyclic phosphazene trimer having biocompatibility and a preparation method thereof. In addition, the invention relates to a hydrophobic pharmaceutical formulation micellized by the amphiphilic cyclic phosphazene trimer and a preparation method thereof.
