The method involves utilizing a substance which partially consists of printed waste paper containing saturated and/or aromatic hydrocarbons as a raw material. The raw material is suspended by dissolving process and the organic constituents contained in ink of printed information of waste papers are transferred into aqueous phase by addition of an emulsifier so as to form fiber suspension. The emulsified components of fiber suspension are separated. The emulsifier is polymeric silicone, polyacrilic acid, aliphatic fatty acid or aromatic fatty acid.
