摘要 <p>The purpose of the present invention is to optimize the torque fluctuation delay of an internal combustion engine so that said delay does not affect drive torque and to improve drivability and traveling feeling, when the internal combustion engine reduces speed such as at the beginning of speed reduction. The present invention comprises: a target drive power setting means; a target charge/discharge power setting means; a target engine power calculation means; a target engine operation point setting means; and a motor torque command value calculation means. The present invention is characterized by: the motor torque command value calculation means calculating the torque command value for a plurality of motor generators, using a torque-balance type and a power-balance type; being capable of feedback correction of each torque command value for the plurality of motor generators, such that the actual engine rotation speed is made to converge with the target engine rotation speed; and having disposed therein a delay means that, if a reduction in the required torque is determined, applies a delay to the target engine torque applied to the motor torque command value calculation means.</p>
