<p>According to the present invention, a brewer for a coffee machine comprises: a compression configuration unit for compressing coffee particles that are accommodated in a cylinder, which consists simply of upper/lower pistons and the cylinder so that assembly is simplified and manufacturing cost can be reduced; a sweeper and an actuator, which are discharge components for removal of coffee particles from the cylinder, which are mechanically operated in conjunction with the rotation of a spindle, so as to improve durability compared to the existing method of using an elastic means, and to enable efficient removal of the coffee particles, wherein the compression of the coffee particles in the cylinder is always performed by the upper piston moving downward from a state in which the upper end of the lower piston is positioned at the lower side of the cylinder, thereby enabling efficient compression of the coffee particles.</p> |
