PURPOSE: A clear paint composition is provided to effectively prevent discoloration of a film and a loss of glossy by containing metal nanoparticles with excellent UV blocking performance, thereby capable of being effectively used for a clear layer of a vehicle exterior, etc. CONSTITUTION: A clear paint composition comprises 50-60 weight% of an acrylic resin, 20-30 weight% of an epoxy-modified acrylic resin, 2-10 weight% of silicon-modified acrylic resin, 0.05-0.15 weight% of gold nanoparticles, 0.5-1.5 weight% of a reaction inhibitor, and 4-10 weight% of a solvent. The epoxy-modified acrylic resin is obtained by grafting an acrylic monomers to a bisphenol A-type epoxy resin of which epoxy equivalent to solid phase is 400-2000. The silicon-modified acrylic resin comprises an acrylic resin, a siloxane bond by reacting with the silicon medium having a hydroxy group or a methoxy group.
