<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting fixture which has a structure in which only lenses can be exchanged and an aperture angle of light rays can be changed easily according to usage. <P>SOLUTION: The LED aluminum board 40 which is mounted with an LED 42 at an under part of a case body 19 is fixed with a screw 46 together with a heat sink 50. A transparent cover 60 is fixed to an under face side of the case body 19 at the under part of the LED aluminum board 40 in a manner to close the opening face of the under part of the case body 19. A lens body 70 having a plurality of lens parts 71 is attached with a screw 5 by using a lens presser 80 at the lower side of the cover 60, wherein the lens body 70 is replaceable.
