<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap that allows belongings represented by a cell phone to be carried in an exposed manner without putting them in a bag or pocket. <P>SOLUTION: The strap includes: a plate-shaped component A which has a flat shape whose ends parts are tapered in a cross section direction with the substantial thickness of 1 cm or less; a strap B which is connected to the flat part separated from the end part of the plate-shaped component A for 1 cm or more; and a mounting component C provided to connect the belongings to the other end part of the strap, and is used by mounting the belongings such as a cell phone to the mounting component C. The plate-shaped component A is used by being pierced from the top to down between the clothes and a clothes belt. Thus, the plate-shaped component A is hung over the edge part of the clothes belt since there is 1 cm or more from a strap mounting part of the plate-shaped component A to the end part of the plate-shaped component A.
