[Problem] To provide a cell case, which maintains cell temperature low by reducing heat reception when not being used (when not generating power), while ensuring heat dissipation performance when being used (when generating power), and which is capable of suppressing reduction of cell capacity due to thermal deterioration, and to provide a structure for attaching the cell case. [Solution] A cell case (100) has a sealed structure, and houses a cell module (180) having at least one cell (182). The cell case has: a supporting means (140), which supports the cell module (180), and which forms a space (S) between the outer surface of the cell module and the inner surface of the case; a first cover layer (184), which has a radiation factor larger than that of the outer surface of the cell module, and which is disposed on the outer surface of the cell module; and a second cover layer (124), which has a radiation factor larger than that of the inner surface of the case, and which is disposed on the inner surface of the case. At least a part of the first cover layer (184) and at least a part of the second cover layer (124) face each other with the space (S) therebetween. |
