<p>The present invention provides a power device apparatus, which is capable of finely controlling a gate current with a simple circuit configuration. A power device apparatus (1) is provided with a source terminal, a drain terminal and a gate terminal, and the power device apparatus is also provided with a power device (105) that performs on/off operations with a gate current applied to the gate terminal. The power device apparatus is provided with: a variable voltage source (107), which generates a variable voltage; a gate current setting unit (108), which changes the gate current, corresponding to the voltage generated from the variable voltage source (107); a current gate driver (104), which outputs a current, corresponding to an output current of the gate current setting unit; and a level shift circuit (103), which ensures insulation, and which turns on and off the gate current.</p> |
