A layout structure of a wire harness between a vehicle body and a door in a clamshell door of a vehicle, wherein, in an instance in which a sufficient height difference cannot be set between grommet holes, and in which a configuration is adopted in which expansion and contraction of a bellows section of a harness cover causes the wire harness to follow the opening and closing of the door, flattening or other deformation at maximum expansion of the bellows section is prevented and large door-opening angles can be accommodated. The set number and the height dimension of mountain-shaped sections in the bellows section of the harness cover (20) mounted between a pillar (15) and the door (11) of the vehicle body is set such that the opening angle of each of the mountain-shaped sections at maximum expansion is an acute angle.
