The invention relates to the use of a resin extract from the Ficus pertusa L.f and/or Ficus eximia Schott tree as an active principle in the production of a pharmacologically active product for the treatment of acute and/or chronic tissue lesions in both bone tissue and soft tissue. The invention also relates to the method for obtaining said extract.
