PURPOSE: A camera module inspecting device and an aligning method thereof are provided to accurately align central positions and tilts of a socket unit and a photographing chart by using a plurality of laser generators and a reflective mirror and to accurately measure the tilt and a rotation value of a camera module. CONSTITUTION: A camera module inspecting device comprises a body(10), a photographing chart(20), a socket unit(30), a position correction assembly(40), a laser generator, a reflective mirror, and an image processing unit(70). The body comprises a main base(11) and a chart installation unit(12). Central lines of an X and a Y are marked on the photographing chart. The socket unit comprises a camera module seating unit being connected to a penetration hole. The position correction assembly is installed in the upper part of the socket unit, thereby correcting a position of the socket unit. The laser generator is installed to be accorded with the central lines of the X and Y marked on a bottom surface of the main base. The reflective mirror is attached/detached on the camera module seating unit.
