PURPOSE: An environmental friendly three element alloys plating solution and a method for treating metal surface using the same are provided to contains cupric oxide, zinc oxide, sodium stannate, and a basic material so that matter properties such as corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, adhesion etc. are excellent. CONSTITUTION: An environmental friendly three element alloys plating solution comprises copper oxide, zinc oxide, sodium stannate, and a basic material. The three element alloys plating solution contains one or more additives being selected from aminoetylsulfonic acid and potassium carbonate. The basic material is one or more materials being selected from NaOH and potassium hydroxide. The three element alloys plating solution contains 20 to 25g/L of the cupric oxide, 1.2 to 1.4g/L of the zinc oxide, 65 to 80g/L of the sodium stannate, and 52 to 70g/L of the basic material based on whole 1L of a plating liquid.
