OPTICAL SCANNING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning device capable of achieving miniaturization and cost reduction without causing degradation of scan accuracy.

SOLUTION: A light source unit comprises a light source and a coupling lens installed on a holder 10. The holder 10 comprises: a light source support member 11; a first inclination member unit; a second inclination member unit; and a lens holding member 14. The first inclination member unit has two members (121and 122) which are arranged on a reference surface in a first direction with a through-hole in between and have surfaces inclined at θa to the reference surface. The second inclination member unit has two members (131and 132) which are arranged on the reference surface in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction with the through-hole in between and have the surfaces inclined at θb to the reference surface.
