<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RPF combustion ash granulated solid matter enabling early self-destruction after granulation and a method of manufacturing the RPF combustion ash granulated solid matter, without curing RPF combustion ash before the granulation or requiring a process of crushing the RPF combustion ash granulated solid matter after the granulation, in the RPF combustion ash granulated solid matter and the method of manufacturing the RPF combustion ash granulated solid matter for introducing combustion ash from an RPF combustion furnace, cement, fresh water, and in some cases a solidification promotor mixed with the fresh water, to a granulating machine for granulation. <P>SOLUTION: In the RPF combustion ash granulated solid matter and the method of manufacturing the same for simultaneously introducing combustion ash from the RPF combustion furnace and cement, or the ash, the cement and a solidification promotor mixed with fresh water to the granulating machine for granulation, the combustion ash from the RPF combustion furnace is directly introduced to the granulating machine for granulation without exposing the ash to outside air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
