<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handpiece capable of standing a higher-torque load. <P>SOLUTION: The dental handpiece includes a first rotation shaft 3 which is rotatably supported within a rear casing 2R and to which the rotation of a drive source is transmitted, a second rotation shaft 9 which is rotatably supported within a fore casing 2F and to which the rotation of the first rotation shaft 3 is transmitted, a bearing 12 and a bearing 14 which are provided at a predetermined interval in a jacket 8 fixed in the front casing 2F and rotatably support the second rotation shaft 9, and a bearing 13 which is provided between the bearing 12 and the bearing 14. The bearing 13 prevents an abrasion or a crack of each gear due to misaligned meshed engagement between a first gear 5 and a second gear 10 and between a third gear 11 and a fourth gear 73 by reducing the whirling of the second rotation shaft 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
