<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device arranged so that a phase control element of a phase control type dimmer can be prevented from being brought out of conduction even when an instantaneous voltage drop occurs in a source voltage, a luminaire having the LED lighting device, and a lighting control system having the luminaire. <P>SOLUTION: An LED lighting device 1 comprises: a phase control type dimmer 8; an AC-to-DC converter circuit 2 having a rectifier 11 to which an AC voltage from the phase control type dimmer 8 is input, and a smoothing capacitor C1 connected between outputs of the rectifier 11; a current regulator circuit 3 operable to convert a DC voltage output by the AC-to-DC converter circuit 2 into a DC voltage according to the AC voltage input to the rectifier 11; a bypass circuit 5 connected between the outputs of the rectifier 11, and formed so as to be capable of causing a current equal to or higher than a holding current to flow through a phase control element 13 of the phase control type dimmer 8; and a drive circuit 6 operable to detect an instantaneous voltage drop of the AC voltage input to the rectifier 11, and operate the bypass circuit 5 according to the instantaneous voltage drop. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
