PURPOSE: A medical sterilizing apparatus is provided to reduce a sterilization treatment time by increasing generation of OH radical, thereby improving sterilization efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A medical sterilizing apparatus comprises a sterilizing reactor(110), a vacuum forming part(120), a hydrogen peroxide supply part(130), an ozone supply part(140), and a sub valve(150). The sterilizing reactor conducts sterilization to a treating object. The vacuum forming part comprises a vacuum pump connecting to the sterilization reactor, and makes inside the sterilizing reactor to a vacuum state. The hydrogen peroxide supply part puts hydrogen peroxide into the sterilizing reactor in gas state. The ozone supply part supplies ozone into the sterilizing reactor. The hydrogen peroxide supply part comprises a spraying nozzle connecting to inside the sterilizing reactor.
