PURPOSE: A selection advertisement device, a communication terminal device, and a selection advertisement system and a method thereof are provided to additionally consider transaction location information or product information and transaction time information of card transaction, thereby selectively generating and exposing an advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A card transaction information collecting device(100) collects card transaction information which is generated during providing or buying a product through card payment. A selection advertisement device(200) generates an selection advertisement considering transaction product information after the selection advertisement device analyzes the card transaction information and extracts transaction product information and transaction time information. A communication terminal device(300) exposes the selection advertisement. At least one device of the selection advertisement device and the communication terminal device generates or exposes the selection advertisement by considering the transaction time information and current time. |
