<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photodetection device which easily deals with variation in size and shape of a detection target and is excellent in assemblability. <P>SOLUTION: A photodetection device manufacturing method comprises: a step of folding a multilayer substrate 11 in which a base substrate 5 is laminated on a rear face of a flexible substrate 2 having a light-emitting part 1 and a light-receiving part 3 on both sides, respectively, a light-emitting window 11f and a light-receiving window 11g, at first and third bent parts 6a, 6c of the multilayer substrate 11 between the light-emitting part 1 and the light-emitting window 11f and at second and fourth bent parts 6b, 6d of the multilayer substrate 11 between the light-receiving part 3 and the light-receiving window 11g such that a front face of the light-emitting part 1 and the light-emitting window 11f face each other and a front face of the light-receiving part 3 and the light-receiving window 11g face each other; and a step of folding the multilayer substrate 11 at fifth and sixth bent parts 6e, 6f located at a distance sandwiching the center Q of the multilayer substrate 11 in a longer direction such that the front face of the light-emitting part 1 and the front face of the light-receiving part 3 face each other via the light-emitting window 11f and the light-receiving window 11g, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
