<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for amplifying a nucleic acid that encodes at least a part of an antibody. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: (a) a step of annealing a primer to a template that encodes at least a part of the antibody, the primer having a first portion to be annealed to the template, and a second portion of predetermined sequence not to be annealed to the template; (b) a step of synthesizing a complementary polynucleotide at a portion of the template between a position to anneal the first portion of the primer to the template, and the end of the template, the polynucleotide having the primer at its first end, and having a second end; and (c) a step of separating the polynucleotide synthesized in the step (b) from the template. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
