<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing system which can flexibly cope with design change, specification change etc. <P>SOLUTION: In a computer system 1, in accordance with an object-connection table 63 stored in a storage part 60, a connection setting part 11 sets connection between arithmetic processing objects defining respective arithmetic processing. Next, based on input-output relationship between the connected arithmetic processing objects, an execution control part 13 determines whether input data is complete to execute the arithmetic processing objects.
