An information recording device which enables production information used in the production of a web page to be recorded according to topic, by means of a user sending, by email, element information which forms the components of a web page, and also enables element information to be added, by email, to the recorded production information, and makes it difficult for someone other than the person who recorded the production information to add element information to the production information. If it is determined that a receiver address contained in a received email is a first address, the information recording device records the production information contained in the email, transmits an email, containing a specific second address corresponding to the production information, to the receiver of the received email, and if it is determined that the receiver address is the second address, and if it is determined that the receiver address is not the same as a receiver address contained in a previously received email, the element information is added to the production information corresponding to the receiver address contained in the current email. |
