PURPOSE: An apparatus for dipping an adhesive for an anti-vibration unit of a vehicle is provided to reduce the failure rate of products by uniformly applying adhesive on the surfaces of supports. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for dipping an adhesive for an anti-vibration unit includes a rotating net fixing plate(30), an elevating plate(21), and a moving cart(12). The rotating net fixing plate supports a rotating net(33) containing hundreds of supports and is integrated with the rotating net such that the supports are dipped into adhesive. The elevating plate elevates the rotating net fixing plate. The moving cart moves the elevating plate. The rotating net is integrated with a rotating gear(31). The rotating gear rotates the rotating net. A shaft(35), a supporting rod(32), and a moving bar(34) are formed at the rotating net fixing plate. The moving cart moves along a rail(20) and gradually arranges the rotating net in a dipping tank and returns the rotating net. The surfaces of the supports in the rotating net are applied by adhesive in the dipping tank. The rotating net gradually passes through a drying tank. |
