A bearing which is provided with: a rotating shaft-supporting part which has a first surface that is arranged in the vicinity of the circumferential surface of the rotating shaft; and a plurality of rolling parts which are arranged between the circumferential surface and the first surface. The first surface has at least one discontinuous portion, and at least a part of the at least one discontinuous portion is formed in a direction that is different from the axial direction of the rotating shaft.
