PURPOSE: An LED lamp for a guard rail is provided to offer various promotion effects and to execute a finishing cap function. CONSTITUTION: A LED fixing plate(12) is placed on the top of a main column(1). An LED is attached to the top of the LED fixing plate. A bottom finishing plate(13) is settled on the top of the LED fixing plate. The bottom finishing plate forms a light penetrating hole on a center area. A middle finishing plate(14) is settled on the top of the bottom finishing plate and forms an assembling hole(14a) to be corresponded to the center area. A plurality of vertical advertisement plates(20) is separately inserted into the assembling hole of the middle finishing plate. An advertisement member is attached to the exterior of the plurality of vertical advertisement plates. A top finishing plate is settled on the top edge of the middle finishing plate and forms a circular penetrated hole for pass of the plurality of vertical advertisement plates. A reflection globe body(16) is settled inside the circular penetration hole of the top finishing plate.
