PURPOSE: An electrolyte-flowing device for redox flow battery is provided to power generating yield by maximizing active area between electrolyte and an electrode frame, and maximizing electrolyte flowing area, and to generate a good quality of electricity, and to improve reliability of a product. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte-flowing device for redox flow battery comprises a body, an electrolyte supply hole punched in a lower part of one side of the body, a latitudinal channel formed in an inner part of a lower part of the body, a plurality of longitudinal channels perpendicularly connecting through the first latitudinal channel, a flow groove formed in a center part of the body, a disperse element inserted into the flow groove, a plurality of second longitudinal channels respectively connecting to the disperse element, a second latitudinal channel connecting to the second longitudinal channels, an electrolyte discharge hole punched in opposite direction to the electrolyte supply hole, an electrolyte through-hole punched in the other side of a lower part of the body, and a binding hole punched through respective corner parts of the body.
