<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output device of a video or the like which when connected with the external input of a television receiver, never causes missing of cutting off power supply, without changing the configuration of an existing television receiver. <P>SOLUTION: A digital tuner unit 1 is provided with a function for supplying video and voice signals to an analog tuner unit 3 of a bathroom television system 2. The digital tuner unit 1 takes in a signal outputted from the external voice output terminal of the analog tuner unit 3, and the digital tuner unit 1 determines whether the power supply to the analog tuner unit 3 is in an on or off state.
